A structured, evidence-informed approach to strengthening both performance and wellbeing through better work design.
WHY
Why Sprint Living at Work (SL@Work)?
We spend a significant part of our lives working, yet rarely examine our relationship with it.
We talk about stress, engagement, productivity and balance — but seldom question the assumptions underneath them.
What do we believe wellbeing at work actually means? How do we relate to effort, achievement, pressure and recognition?
Until those questions are examined, wellbeing remains reactive rather than intentional.
SL@Work - Enterprise Wellbeing & Ways of Working
Sprint Living at Work is a structured, evidence-informed engagement that helps leaders and teams deliberately improve how work is understood and experienced.
It does not introduce perks or performance initiatives.
Instead, it provides clear lenses from motivation theory, psychology and systems thinking, applied through short, focused improvement cycles.
Participants examine what genuinely drives wellbeing at work, distinguish hygiene factors from real growth, and align their ways of working with values, meaning and intrinsic motivation.
Small, deliberate shifts follow. Reflection is built in. Progress compounds over time.
This is not a wellbeing initiative layered on top of work. It is a disciplined way of improving how work is understood and designed.
HOW
WHO
Who is SL@Work for?
Are you a leader who believes work should do more than extract output?
Sprint Living at Work is designed for organisations that care about long-term capability, intrinsic motivation, and sustainable performance.
It is not for those primarily focused on absenteeism metrics, stress-management programmes, or short-term productivity gains.
It is for leaders who want their people to think well, grow through their work, and perform at their best.
