Daily Compass: Your Focus & Reflection Coach

Start your day with clarity. Close it with perspective. A simple daily check-in that helps you align your energy, habits, and outcomes—without turning your day into a to-do list.

What is Daily Compass?

  • Daily Compass isn’t a planner or a to-do list. It’s a pair of short, flexible check-ins meant to center your mindset and capture insights.

  • The Start of Day helps you set your tone: spotlighting values, setting a guiding principle, choosing habits, identifying key outcomes, noting risks, and checking in on energy.

  • The End of Day reflects on how things went: alignment to values, progress on habits/outcomes, energy highs and lows, daily wins and lessons learned, and a mindful reset for tomorrow.

I never realised how much drift there was in my days until I started using this tool. The daily check-ins helped me catch myself and reset with intention.”

“What stood out for me is the rhythm – start of day, end of day. It created a cadence that made small improvements actually stick.

How the Coach Guides You - Start of Day Session

Step 1
Highlight today’s values
Bring to mind the values that matter most for how you want to show up. It’s a reminder of what anchors you, not a list of rules.
Step 1
Step 2
Set a guiding principle
Choose a simple phrase for how you want to approach the day — calm, focused, curious, resilient. This becomes your compass point.
Step 2
Step 3
Choose a habit or 2 to focus on
Habits are the building blocks of change. Pick a few to strengthen today — small, consistent actions that shape who you are becoming.
Step 3
Step 4
Define 1 or 2 outcomes
What would make today feel worthwhile? These aren’t chores or endless tasks; they’re the outcomes that give the day meaning.
Step 4
Step 5
Spot the biggest risk + counter-move
Every day has distractions or challenges. Naming the biggest risk and how you’ll deal with it puts you back in control.
Step 5
Step 6
Quick energy check
Notice where you are on a 1–10 scale. High or low, it’s not good or bad — it’s a way to choose how to pace yourself.
Step 6

It was my first time using an “AI coach”. What surprised me is how quickly I was immersed in the coaching. I thought it was going to be a daily planner but it was more focused on how I wanted to live my day, not the activites or objectives. I would recommend it as a standalone or with the other Sprint Living Coaching tools

How the Coach Guides You - End of Day Session

Step 1
Reflect on your values
Look back at whether your actions matched the values you picked this morning. This builds awareness of how you’re living, not just what you’re doing.
Step 1
Step 2
Review habits and outcomes
How did you do on the habits you chose to strengthen? Which outcomes were achieved, and which can wait for tomorrow?
Step 2
Step 3
Note what gave or drained energy
Notice the activities, people, or choices that lifted you up — and the ones that pulled you down. Over time, this shapes where you spend your energy.
Step 3
Step 4
Capture a win + an improvement
Celebrate one thing that went well. Name one thing you’d like to tweak. Small reflections add up to real progress.
Step 4
Step 5
Reset for tomorrow
Decide which value or habit you want to emphasize next, and if you like, write a one-sentence design for tomorrow — a simple statement of how you want to live it.
