  • Daily Compass isn’t a planner or a to-do list. It’s a pair of short, flexible check-ins meant to center your mindset and capture insights.

  • The Start of Day helps you set your tone: spotlighting values, setting a guiding principle, choosing habits, identifying key outcomes, noting risks, and checking in on energy.

  • The End of Day reflects on how things went: alignment to values, progress on habits/outcomes, energy highs and lows, daily wins and lessons learned, and a mindful reset for tomorrow.
