Stop Surviving. Start Designing.
Become the Architect of Your Flourishing.

Sprint Living is built on the idea that living more intentionally leads to a more fulfilled life — not through big declarations, but through how life is actually lived day to day.
Rather than aiming to become an idealised version of yourself, the Sprint Living framework focuses on steady improvement through reflection, experimentation, and attention to what genuinely matters. It provides structure for wellbeing without relying on motivation or self-optimisation.
Sprint Living isn’t about fixing yourself or removing flaws. It’s about recognising unhelpful patterns, developing better ones, and improving how choices are made over time.
Support is available to guide the process, challenge assumptions, and help maintain momentum — not to define who you should become, but to help you live with greater intention.

Our Goals are to help you to:

  1. A better understanding of your purpose

  2. Higher self-esteem and confidence that will open you up to thousands of new opportunities.

Sprint Living & Me

Sprint Living is a practical framework for living more intentionally.
It grew out of years spent helping organisations improve how they work — and a realisation that we rarely apply the same discipline to our own lives.
Sprint Living doesn’t start with big purpose statements or fixed answers to why. Those take time. Instead, it starts with how: values, behaviours, small experiments, and regular reflection.
Through short, repeatable cycles, you pay attention to what actually improves your life and build from there. Clarity emerges over time, not upfront.
This isn’t self-help, motivation, or a philosophy to believe in. It’s a structured way to think, act, review, and improve — one sprint at a time.Built for people who don’t want to drift, but don’t want dogma either.

Work Life
I am happier at work, more satisfied, motivated. Sprint Living is informing me, pointing me in the right direction.I can see the progress of my improvements. It puts all the parts together
Craig
Motivation
I feel very activated and motivated. I cant see any part of my life where I am being lazy. Things have really turned around, I have lots of energy. I am feeling effective and achieving a lot more.
Tony
Personal Relationships
I have changed the relationship with people who are important to me. Have greatly improved my relationship with others and while not a lot has happened, I feel like a lot has happened.
Anthony
Evolving Habits
I see that developing habits, there is very high resistance. I now realise that if it doesn’t become the centre of my universe, it wont become a habit. This is becoming very evident in even the simplest habits I am trying to work on. It is really eye opening
Focus
It has definitely changed the way I live my life and want to live my life i,e, going from letting life happen to me and operating on autopilot vs being more focused on short term changes which have significant benefits and achieve the objective of living a more intentional life.

Coaching
Great to go through the 'Sprint living' framework with Dave. An invaluable structure for helping bring clarity to the things that are important and then develop successful habits to help with achievement of goals.

Continual Improvement
The beauty of Sprint Living is that it is constantly being reassessed and tweaked to keep it alive. Continually adapting to keep the momentum going. Keeping the focus. I have changed the relationship with people who are important to me and while not a lot has happened, I feel like a lot has happened.
