Between them, they show us that we are moving in the right direction

Almost everyday I would think about how to make things better and “Live my best life”. Yet I didn’t actually do anything different in my daily routine. “Surprisingly” things don’t change unless you DO SOMETHING DIFFERENT. Different isn’t always better but BETTER is ALWAYS different. I was living proof of the old adage “Doing the same thing and expecting a different result is the definition of insanity”.

Enter Sprint Living. In the spirit of agile and continuous improvement, Dave takes you through a few exercises to explore and better understand your Characteristics of Wellbeing, Life Intentions, and Values. Armed with those critical self-reflection goals, the real work begins. Dave then takes you on a change journey and helps you actually “Just Do It” in bite-size chunks or Sprints. He gently helps you hold yourself accountable to accomplish your goals. Dave takes the theory and practice of lean agility to work on your personal life. It is so simple, yet at the same time so hard; because it is CHANGE! If you are looking for a proven self-improvement methodology this is it! You need sprint living.

 – the difference between the numbers above are indicative of that. It has definitely changed the way I live my life and want to live my life i,e, going from letting life happen to me and operating on autopilot vs being more focused on short term changes which have significant benefits and achieve the objective of living a more intentional life.  It took me about a month to get into more of a rhythm and conversations with Dave to understand what works for me – but after a while it became less of a chore.  I fully intend to continue with it on my own to achieve the short term and long term goals I have in mind. Initially the thought of doing this was quite overwhwlming but I am so glad I stuck with it – It has given me a mechanism to make incremental changes, see the benefit of it and want to continue.  The weekly sessions were really great as the questions Dave asked probed and got me to understand what was important to me and how I could fit the different aspects of this into my daily life.  The learning events were facilitated well, insightful, engaging and fun – highly recommended to continue with this. The process was clear and cadence of sessions were really good. Only positives from this 3 month process and I can’t wait to see what happens next with it! You know where I was when we began this journey and this has been pivotal in turning it around  – I can’t thank you enough

Sprint Living is informing me, pointing me in the right direction.I can see the progress of my improvements. It puts all the parts together. The way it is organised, allows you to lay out your path and break it down so it is more achievable to do

Laziness & positive outlook: I feel very activated and motivated. I cant see any part of my life where I am being lazy. Things have really turned around, I have lots of energy. I am feeling effective and achieving a lot more.

Great to go through the ‘Sprint living’ framework with you Dave. An invaluable structure for helping bring clarity to the things that are important and then develop successful habits to help with achievement of goals.

Really enjoyed all our discussions and your natural coaching style. I have definitely moved the dial in the right direction!

I wish you every (deserved) success as you roll this out to a wider audience.

Sprint living is helping me to remember my goals, it encourages them to come to mind and helps keep them in focus with the result that the aim is more likely to manifest. It also enables more tasks to be kept in focus at any one time. The opportunity to monitor progress is hightened. It makes it more possible to watch and notice progress taking place, and the result of these things is that I have become more efficient and feel Ihave achieved more. I have also become aware of other ideas and have ways of achieving these , such as ‘flow’ and can see the effects of habits on myself. Sprint living shows ways of combating the limitations which habits bring. All in all using Sprint living has increased my future possibilities for myself.
